PHASE 01 · WEEKS 1–3
Align
Diagnose the gap between who you are and who your best customers think you are.
Before any tactic, we get clear on:
- Who your highest-value customer really is (ICP, jobs-to-be-done, buying-committee map)
- The promise your brand can credibly make — and the promises it can't
- Where the message is currently misaligned with the market (audits of website, sales deck, press coverage, search visibility)
- The two or three KPIs that will define success for the engagement
Output: your positioning statement, a messaging architecture, and a 90-day plan that names the bets.
PHASE 02 · WEEKS 4–16
Amplify
Build trust at scale through owned, earned, and paid channels — in that order.
Trust compounds in a specific sequence. The work you own (your site, your case studies, your founders' voices) earns press and third-party credibility, which in turn makes paid acquisition cheaper.
- Strategic PR and media relations to earn third-party credibility
- Thought-leadership content — written, on camera, on podcasts — that gives prospects something to share internally
- Brand and visual identity work that makes the firm look as serious as it is
- Channel mix decisions: where to show up, where to stay quiet
Output: a publishing rhythm your team can actually keep, a press footprint you can point to, and visual assets that hold up next to companies ten times your size.
PHASE 03 · WEEKS 12–24+
Accelerate
Turn awareness and credibility into pipeline with conversion infrastructure and measurement.
Trust without a clear next step doesn't pay the rent. The final phase wires the demand into the business.
- Website and Shopify optimization — fewer pages, faster pages, better forms
- Lead capture, lead scoring, and the handoff to sales
- Paid acquisition campaigns built on the messaging from Phase 1 and the proof from Phase 2
- Attribution and reporting that connect marketing activity to revenue, not vanity metrics
Output: measurable lift on the KPIs named in Phase 1, and a marketing function the founder can stop personally running.
