A specialized healthcare provider was experiencing modest growth, but less than targeted, with revenue increases falling below their goals. A significant barrier to attracting new clients was their outdated online presence. The provider’s website was cumbersome with excessive pages and text, small and uninviting imagery, and a stale design that didn’t reflect the quality of their services or create a welcoming feel. This poor online first impression, combined with inefficient online appointment requests, hampered their ability to acquire new clients and ultimately limited revenue growth. 

THE SOLUTION

Our team implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on modernizing their online presence and optimizing new client acquisition channels. The solution involved three key components:

Complete Website Refresh: We undertook a full overhaul of the provider’s website, building an entirely new site from the ground up with the goal of creating a modern, simple, and user-friendly online experience. This included:

    • Capturing new, high-quality photography showcasing friendly staff and an inviting virtual experience.
    • Streamlining the UX by significantly reducing website content (by approximately 80%), focusing on clear, concise information.
    • Incorporating large, friendly images of families and smiling clients to build a stronger emotional connection with visitors.
    • Optimizing for mobile responsiveness, ensuring a seamless experience on any device.
    • Redesigning the appointment request process to reduce friction for potential new clients.
    • Developing SEO-optimized website copy and content supporting high-margin services.

Refined Brand Messaging: We developed new brand messaging that simplified the provider’s value propositions. A key focus was placed on prominently featuring social proof, leveraging positive client reviews, and encouraging referrals to build trust and credibility with potential new clients.

Optimized Google Ads Campaigns: We revamped the provider’s Google Ads strategy, incorporating a launch campaign for the new services. While existing campaigns were performing adequately, we identified opportunities to utilize newer campaign types, specifically Performance Max campaigns. This allowed us to find more efficient ways to reach potential clients, leading to increased click-through rates (CTR) and conversions while simultaneously reducing the cost per acquisition (CPA). The strategy focused on driving valuable actions like phone calls and form submissions.

    The integrated approach of a revitalized website, compelling brand messaging focused on trust, and optimized Google Ads campaigns yielded significant, measurable results:

    • New Client Acquisition: The provider saw a dramatic increase in new client acquisition. Exceeding their target of 70, they averaged 96 new clients per month in the last quarter, a substantial improvement from the baseline of under 60 per month in the preceding year. April 2025 saw a record 111 new clients.

       

    • Revenue Growth: The surge in new clients directly contributed to record-breaking financial performance. The provider achieved record monthly revenue in April 2025, a 28% increase over the first quarter average and more than 200% YoY. March production showed a 62% increase year-over-year, and January saw a 38% revenue bump year-over-year.

       

    • Website Performance: Website traffic increased significantly, with unique visitors up 361% in the last 90 days compared to the previous period.

       

    • Google Ads Performance: The optimized campaigns drove a significant increase in valuable conversions. Phone call conversions jumped 300% in April. Appointment form submissions also saw significant increases, doubling the baseline volume in January. The Cost Per Conversion decreased significantly, dropping 50% from December 2024 to January 2025.

    CONCLUSION

    By addressing the foundational issues of an outdated online presence and implementing a strategic, client-centric marketing plan, the provider dramatically revitalized its growth trajectory. The combination of a modern, user-friendly website, trust-building brand messaging, and optimized digital advertising, including leveraging new campaign types and focusing on high-value conversions, not only surpassed their new client goals but also resulted in record monthly revenue, positioning the provider for continued success in a competitive healthcare market. The project successfully increased awareness and leads for their expanded service offerings, contributing to the overall growth.
